At Urban Souq, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement according to the terms below.
1. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns may be accepted if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is significantly different from the description.
We may require clear photos or videos of the product to verify the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other applicable restrictions. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer may also be excluded.
